Returns

We hope you are enjoying your purchase! However, if you need to return any unworn or unused item(s), they should be in the original packaging and/or with labels attached. You can return within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

If you require an exchange, free shipping applies for orders with a value over £100. If the exchanged items value is below £100, we will contact you to collect payment for shipping. You will need to pay for the return postage to us.

Please include a completed returns note when returning your purchase. You can download a copy here.

We recommend buying postage through send.royalmail.com.

Please keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation you have been refunded or the exchange has been processed. We will process a refund within 2-3 days of the item being received by us, to the payment method that you used to place your order.
