Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Once dispatched, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days.
During particularly busy periods (usually December), dispatch and delivery may take longer, so please allow an extra 1-2 business days.
Please note, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or issues with our courier service, deliveries or dispatch may occasionally be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.
Delivery Restrictions
We only offer delivery for products under 1.5 meters in length. Certain items, such as paints, liquids, flares, and fire extinguishers, cannot be shipped. If your cart contains any restricted items, you will be unable to proceed to checkout for delivery. These restricted items will need to be removed from your cart before you can complete your order. In-store pickup remains available for these items.
Shipping to the Scottish Highlands & Islands
Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands will be sent with Royal Mail. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Tracking Information
Tracking details from our courier will typically be available from 10pm on the day of dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If your order is returned to us after two failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund for the order. To receive your items, you will need to place a new order, including paying for the delivery costs again.
You will receive an email in advance with your delivery date and time. If you are not available to receive the order, you can either reschedule the delivery, select a safe place for delivery, or arrange to collect your package from your local depot.
Shipping to Northern Ireland from 13th December 2024
Due the General Product Safety Regulations, we will unfortunately no longer be able to ship to Northern Ireland from 13th December 2024.
In-store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all orders. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup, which is usually within 4 hours during store opening hours. Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your order. Any orders not collected within 30 days will be canceled and refunded.
