Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same-day. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Once dispatched you should receive your order in 1-2 business days.
During particularly busy periods (usually December) dispatch and delivery may take longer so please allow an extra 1-2 business days.
Delivery is available only for products under 1.5 meters in length. Certain items, such as paints, other liquids, flares, and fire extinguishers, cannot be shipped. If your cart includes any of these restricted items, they will be removed at checkout. In-store pickup remains available for these items.
Shipping to the Scottish Highlands and Islands will be sent with Royal Mail, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Tracking information from our courier is usually available from 10pm on the day of dispatch.
Our courier will only attempt delivery twice before returning your order to us. You will receive an email advising you of the delivery date and time in advance, if you are not going to be in to receive your order you can either re-arrange your delivery for another day, pick a safe place to deliver your order to, or collect from your local depot.
Shipping to Northern Ireland from 13th December 2024
Regrettably, we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland from 13th December 2024 due to the General Product Safety Regulations.
In-store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all orders. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 4 hours (during store opening hours). Please bring your confirmation email when you come to pick up your order. Orders that are not collected within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
